The client, headquartered in Singapore, with an enviable history in several segments of Luxury Consumer Lifestyle is now looking for a CRM/Loyalty Marketing Manager for their Luxury Retail segment with a focus on fashion. 

  • Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will lead a CRM team and be responsible for growing and retaining existing customers. 
  • As team leaders, you are responsible for the middle funnel marketing, customers retention, referral program and improve database engagements. 
  • You will be responsible for strategic planning, testing and implementing all required program to achieve the above results.
  • You will be expected to work with all brands' business units to create the best class CRM programs. 

To be successful, you should hold the following qualities:

  • At least 7 years of outstanding CRM/ Loyalty marketing experience in an FMCG or Consumer Product environment. Premium or luxury category is highly sought after.
  • Must be able to work in highly ambiguous, evolving environment
  • Excellent communicator who can quickly earn the respect of the team and stakeholdres
  • Self-motivated with a great sense of urgency and follow-through
  • Strong team leadership
