Job Description

  • Administration of company – Ensuring compliance in accordance to relevant regulatory and statutory requirements and preparation of Directors’ and Shareholders’ Resolution and Statutory Returns
  • Ensuring compliance in accordance to constitutions/regulations, statutory and listing rules and code of corporate governance for public listed company
  • Submission of application for company incorporation / striking off
  • Preparation of directors' and shareholders' resolutions
  • Ensuring compliance in accordance to relevant statutory requirement
  • Preparation and submission of statutory returns and other lodgments with ACRA
  • Maintenance of statutory registers, minutes book, submission of statutory returns to ACRA and common seal (if any)
  • Compliance work in relation to Share transfer, alteration of capital structure, change of company name and constitution
  • Other ad-hoc duties as and when required


  • Degree / Advance Dip / Dip / Graduate of SAICSA. Holder of SAICSA certification or currently pursuing SAICSA course is mandatory
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in legal firms, corporate secretarial firms or public listed companies
  • Experience in handling companies listed with the SGX, advise on Listing Manual, Catalist Rules of SGX-ST, release of SGX announcements, etc.
  • Experience in taking minutes of meetings for Board of Directors' and Shareholders' meetings.
  • A detail-oriented person, motivated by multiple tasks and able to meet deadlines.
  • Resourceful, meticulous and a team player
  • A team player with good interpersonal and writing skills.
  • Able to work independently, and willing to guide other internal clients
